Sales Operations Manager (Korean/English)

Location: Orange, California, USA

Salary: USD 60,000–70,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare and process shipping documents for export and import transactions.
• Plan and coordinate the availability of commodities and raw materials.
• Manage inventory, materials movement, and order fulfillment with logistics, operations, customer service, and purchasing teams.
• Maintain inventory and materials movement records in the database or ERP system.
• Process purchasing, sales, and expense procedures and manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventories.
• Monitor buyer credit limits and assist with monthly closing activities; travel 1–3 times per year.

Requirements

• Bilingual Korean and English communication skills required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP ECC 6.0 preferred.
• On-site work in Orange, California, USA.
