Transportation Logistics Operator - Bilingual (Korean/English)

Compensation: USD 28–31 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments for major retail customers, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Costco, Amazon, and BJ’s.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal transportation teams about shipments and delivery schedules.
• Request, confirm, and update appointments through customer portals while maintaining accurate shipment information.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, provide accurate ETAs, and follow up on late, delayed, refused, or rescheduled deliveries.
• Resolve appointment conflicts, shortages, damages, and other delivery issues, escalating urgent matters when needed.
• Maintain shipment reports, appointment schedules, tracking spreadsheets, and customer communications.

Requirements

• Fluent Korean and English communication required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with delivery appointment scheduling, shipment tracking, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
