Logistics Coordinator - Bilingual (Korean/English)

Location: Cerritos, California, USA

Compensation: USD 25–27 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations and transportation schedules.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and resolve transit or delivery issues.
• Prepare shipping documentation, billing records, operational reports, and inventory updates.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, customers, internal departments, and external vendors.
• Track KPIs, update logistics procedures, and recommend process and cost-efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of domestic trucking and freight operations.
• Experience managing customer accounts and carrier relationships.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Bilingual Korean and English communication skills.
