Logistics Operation Support - Bilingual (Korean/English)

Location: Plano, TX, USA; travel up to 10% in the US and Canada

Compensation: USD 24–27 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor and support warehousing, transportation, inbound, and outbound forwarding operations across North American branches.
• Coordinate and enforce operational, program, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Analyze operational data and procedures, identify improvements, and train branch operators.
• Maintain and improve logistics KPIs and productivity while leading improvement tasks and projects.
• Research logistics best practices and implement suitable approaches across North American branches.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and professional societies, while handling ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Bilingual Korean and English communication with strong professional interpersonal skills across organizational levels, customers, and carriers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Six or more years of relevant warehouse operations experience in the logistics industry preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, multitask, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% in the US and Canada.

Nice to have

• Corporate-level warehouse operations or 3PL experience, particularly in transportation of electronics in the US.
