Demand Planner

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts, USA; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annual base pay, plus bonus

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and distribute monthly sales and revenue forecasts across regions, channels, and multiple time horizons.
• Develop category, sub-category, and SKU-level demand plans to support business decisions and supply planning.
• Analyze historical sales trends and demand drivers, build statistical models, and evaluate forecast results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Supply Planning on consensus forecasting and inventory strategies.
• Optimize inventory to achieve or exceed service-level targets and provide KPI reporting to leadership.
• Support S&OP deliverables, systems implementations, process improvements, and assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of demand planning or sales analysis experience in a consumer goods company.
• Experience with inventory planning, demand planning, and supply planning.
• Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, reporting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle, Demantra, or o9 experience is beneficial.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
