Quality Engineer GPS (Automotive)

Location: Spring Hill, Tennessee, United States. Onsite role requiring full-time presence at the specified location. Must be available to work first, second, or third shift. Relocation benefits may be available.

What you will do

• Support daily quality requirements in manufacturing operations.
• Analyze data, identify root causes, develop implementation plans, and resolve issues affecting quality, assembly, or throughput.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve quality concerns.
• Develop quality work instructions and ensure effective containment of non-conforming products.
• Communicate quality concerns and coordinate repair and rework activities.
• Support implementation and adherence to the Spring Hill Quality System.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or status as an internal GM candidate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use computers comfortably and learn new software.
• Ability to work onsite in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment and across any shift.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Quality or Process Engineer.
• Engineering degree.
