Specialist I, Materials Management (Contract)

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States; onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Process goods receipts, goods issues, inventory movements, and other warehouse transactions in SAP.
• Receive, store, replenish, and manage GMP and non-GMP materials, including cycle counts and point-of-use rack replenishment.
• Create GMP material kits from SAP-generated pick lists and coordinate internal material movements.
• Coordinate shipments, pack out materials, and provide loading dock coverage for deliveries and handoffs.
• Obtain Certificates of Analysis from vendor websites and enter accurate data into SAP, Microsoft Office, and other business systems.
• Cross-train with warehouse colleagues and maintain communication with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of GMP warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience with ERP or computer-based inventory systems; SAP EWM preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and perform manual material handling.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs, work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and scheduled on-call coverage.
