Senior Project Manager (High-End Commercial Interiors)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States. On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.

Salary: USD 120,000–145,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage commercial real estate interior projects from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Prepare scopes of work, budgets, cost estimates, resource plans, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk assessments with clients.
• Lead complex requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend project resources.
• Develop project charters and integrated timelines, monitor progress, and resolve or escalate issues.
• Facilitate project status meetings and guide multidisciplinary teams through implementation and completion.
• Coach team members, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to improved processes, standards, and operating plans.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 8–12 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with IT construction, including network setup and design, voice and data cabling, telephony, wireless, audiovisual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, with the ability to read architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designation is preferred.
