AI Program and Product Management Leader

Salary: $193,050–$275,800 per year

hirify.global is expanding its enterprise AI transformation through coordinated product, program, operations, and business initiatives.

What you will do

• Manage the portfolio of AI products and initiatives, including intake, assessment, prioritization, sequencing, and status tracking.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define high-value AI use cases, expected outcomes, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Coordinate engineering, data, analytics, product, operational teams, external vendors, and implementation partners from concept through delivery.
• Establish portfolio reviews, delivery check-ins, risk escalation, executive reporting, and other operating cadences.
• Track milestones, schedules, resource dependencies, delivery risks, business value, adoption readiness, and realized impact.
• Support AI literacy, change management, operational readiness, and adoption through presentations, workshops, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, operations, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, program management, digital innovation, or AI-adjacent leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of AI, including generative AI, enterprise AI, automation, data-driven workflows, and related technologies.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills, including the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similarly complex operational environments is strongly preferred.
