Salary: $98,000–$176,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Lead medium to large-scale technical programs from concept through implementation and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites and monitor project schedules, costs, resources, and performance.
• Resolve complex, novel, and non-routine technical challenges through innovative solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, influence project direction and decisions, and establish best practices.
• Partner with suppliers and external organizations to advance technical development projects.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, technical review consortia, and professional forums, contributing to publications, patents, and technical advancements.

Requirements

• Technical university degree; exceptions require local HR approval.
• 6–7 years of experience with a BS, 5–6 years with an MS, or 3–4 years with a PhD.
• Fluent written and verbal English is required.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Experience leading technical programs and providing specialized guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders.
