Senior Liaison, Labor Relations (Nuclear Energy)

Location: Kemmerer, Wyoming, United States; onsite construction-project role with 0–10% travel.

Salary: $151,882–$202,509 per year.

What you will do

• Act as the labor-relations liaison for a major, multi-craft construction project in Wyoming.
• Coordinate with the Wyoming Building Trades Council, local business managers, craft stewards, and union leadership.
• Support pre-job conferences, mark-ups, jurisdictional assignments, hiring-hall dispatch, and worker requests.
• Develop plans to prevent or respond to walkouts, slowdowns, jurisdictional stand-downs, and other workforce disruptions.
• Advise subcontractor superintendents and general forepersons on contract interpretation and craft assignments.
• Support safety committees, labor-management meetings, compliance reporting, and coordination sessions.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of labor-relations experience in union construction, heavy industrial, or power-generation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Wyoming Building Trades agreements, hiring-hall processes, MOUs, and craft jurisdiction.
• Experience working successfully with Tribal Nations.
• Experience resolving grievances, jurisdictional disputes, and workplace-conduct investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work on large, fast-paced EPC or direct-hire projects.
• Relevant education and experience must meet ANSI/ANS 3.1 qualification requirements; nuclear-industry experience may be required.
