TL;DR
Senior Network Resource Group Professional (Healthcare): Supporting governance, operations, measurement, and enterprise initiatives for Network Resource Groups with an accent on inclusion, engagement, associate experience, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on analyzing participation and impact data, coordinating complex workstreams, strengthening leader enablement, and driving continuous improvement across a matrixed organization.

Location: Fully remote within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required, with travel up to 10%.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

  • Support the operations, governance, standards, and accountability practices of Network Resource Groups.
  • Coordinate cross-NRG initiatives, programs, events, communications, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain playbooks, charters, onboarding resources, templates, and other operational materials.
  • Track and analyze membership, participation, engagement, and impact data, producing recurring reports and recommendations.
  • Partner with NRG leaders, executive sponsors, HR, People Analytics, and business stakeholders to align initiatives with enterprise priorities.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and continuous improvement efforts across complex workstreams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in inclusion and engagement, culture, associate experience, human resources, community engagement, project management, communications, organizational effectiveness, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting programs, communities, initiatives, or workstreams focused on inclusion, belonging, engagement, culture, associate experience, or talent outcomes.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and reporting, workflow, or automation tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace meeting HIPAA and member privacy requirements.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience with Network Resource Groups, employee resource groups, community engagement, enterprise governance, or leader enablement.
  • Experience with survey tools, listening platforms, HR systems, People Analytics, Power BI, or Power Automate.
  • Experience working in a centralized, matrixed, or enterprise operating model.
