Employee Relations Specialist (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $110,540–$165,600 per annum, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Lead and manage complex employee relations matters across the organization.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee conduct, conflict resolution, workplace policies, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct and oversee impartial investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, HR Business Partners, Talent, and senior leaders on sensitive cases and organizational initiatives.
• Analyze ER data, trends, and metrics and prepare risk, insight, and action-plan reports for leadership.
• Support restructuring, workforce planning, and culture transformation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders while handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and support multiple locations or time zones when applicable.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or HR certification such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP.
• Experience in a multi-state or global environment.
