Senior Finance Analyst, Currency Management (MedTech)

Location: Diegem, Belgium; Cork, Ireland; or Zug, Switzerland

Base pay: €72,500–€115,230 per year

What you will do

• Forecast and consolidate transactional currency impacts for budgeting, forecasting, and actuals across the MedTech supply chain.
• Analyze full P&L currency impacts, including variances, trends, risks, and internal or external drivers.
• Prepare and present management decks with driver-based commentary for finance leaders and senior leadership.
• Partner with MTPO, business unit finance, Inventory, Group Finance, FP&A, Treasury, and other Currency Management centers of excellence.
• Co-lead the transition from TM1 FX to SigniFX and assess impacts on reporting tools and processes.
• Implement process improvements that simplify and standardize Currency Management and MTPO activities.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Economics and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong finance, accounting, business insight, analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to translate analytical insights into clear stories for different audiences and work effectively in a virtual matrix environment.
• Ability to manage complexity, work independently, handle multiple priorities, and operate in a dynamic environment with senior leadership visibility.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset and proven leadership capabilities.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another financial certification.
• Knowledge of hedging, hedge accounting, and inventory accounting principles.
• Supply Chain experience.
• Experience with econometric models, financial risk management, or SigniFX.
