TL;DR
Collection Analyst (Finance/Accounting): Supporting a portfolio of 800–1,000 customer accounts by resolving payment issues, order holds, and routine collection questions with an accent on account maintenance, documentation, and fraud prevention. Focus on reviewing held orders, processing payment and pricing issues, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.
Location: Merrimack, New Hampshire, United States; onsite
Salary: $19.65–$24.57 per hour

What you will do
- Support a portfolio of approximately 800–1,000 customer accounts.
- Resolve payment application, pricing, tax, freight, return, and delinquency questions with customers and internal teams.
- Request purchase orders and other documentation from Account Managers when needed.
- Review and process held orders to support timely order release.
- Review first-time shipping addresses and selected products to support fraud prevention.
- Complete an assigned weekly or monthly department report.
Requirements
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including creating simple documents and spreadsheets.
- Good math skills and an interest in learning basic accounting.
