Financial Analyst (Collections)

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $17–$20 per hour, plus monthly bonuses

What you will do

• Contact customers regarding payment status and document updates in the collections system.
• Complete the daily invoice reconciliation process.
• Distribute weekly aging reports to sales teams and conduct monthly reviews of high-risk accounts.
• Research invoice discrepancies and unapplied checks.
• Process credit card payments and issue necessary account credits.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with large customers and adapt to changing priorities.
• College degree preferred, or equivalent college hours or work experience.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer workstation, with occasional extended hours.

• Previous collections or customer service experience.
