Director, Manufacturing Operations (PSP)

Location: Onsite in Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States; occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $153,532–$225,181 annually, plus bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead the Sub-assembly, Assembly, and Test manufacturing organizations for PSP Wet Processing products.
• Drive operational execution, manufacturing performance, customer delivery, and fulfillment commitments.
• Establish manufacturing budgets, resource plans, and long-term operational strategies.
• Develop a safety, quality, and operational excellence culture aligned with regulatory, corporate, and ISO standards.
• Lead continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, productivity, cycle-time reduction, and automated testing initiatives.
• Execute product transitions, including insourcing and outsourcing across factories and global suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management.
• 10+ years of progressive production leadership experience, including management-level and hourly teams in organizations of more than 100 people.
• Experience with Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, 8D, data analytics, and statistical process control.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience in complex manufacturing operations and supply chain management.
• Ability to build, lead, coach, and develop high-performing manufacturing teams.
• Experience with complex capital equipment manufacturing, particularly in semiconductor or related high-tech industries, is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale, high-mix, low-volume capital equipment manufacturing.
• Design for Manufacturability training or experience.
• Experience with SAP and world-class MES systems.
