What you will do

• Drive lean methodology implementation across Critical Power sites, including Lean Leadership, 5S, Visual Management, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Eliminate waste, reduce process variation, and create sustainable operational improvements across the organization and segment.
• Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives focused on process, cycle-time, and cost reductions.
• Create, validate, and standardize processes based on standard work and best practices, and share proven practices across teams.
• Assess operations, supply chain, and office processes; identify gaps; and lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to close them.
• Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation through workshops, small-group activities, and training for employees, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Typically 7+ years of related experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience defining projects, collecting and analyzing data, establishing facts, and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Ability to lead projects based on business initiatives and customer needs.
• Must work onsite in Henrico, Virginia, United States.
