What you will do

• Evaluate applicants’ financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility.
• Advise clients on residential HELOC products and guide them through the mortgage application process.
• Collect required information and assist with mortgage approval applications.
• Use loan origination, CRM, credit vendor, and other mortgage systems throughout the end-to-end process.
• Communicate with prospects, applicants, and third-party vendors and provide continual follow-up.
• Qualify for several state mortgage licenses within the first 45 days and prepare for reactivation of NMLS licenses.

Requirements

• Current Nevada residency is required.
• Active NMLS license or ability to reactivate it.
• Passed the SAFE exam.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Eligibility to complete state and federal MLO licensing requirements, testing, education, and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a changing, entrepreneurial environment.
