Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist (EVM)

Location: United States; workplace options include fully onsite, onsite with potential flexibility, or remote/telework. U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: $96,000–$103,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain time-phased cost and schedule baselines aligned with contract parameters.
• Analyze historical and predictive program performance, estimates at completion, and schedule completion dates.
• Identify critical and driving paths for key schedule milestones.
• Coordinate estimates at completion, risks and opportunities, and management reserve data with Finance.
• Prepare and present program reviews and customer-required deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management tools, scheduling software, and EVMS principles.
• Experience with program contracts and planning, development, and production phases.
• Engineering domain knowledge and understanding of program management processes.
• Ability to work across Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing while managing multiple priorities.
