Location: Full-time remote within the United States, with listed locations including Washington, DC; New York; Florida; Massachusetts; Michigan; New Hampshire; New Jersey; Pennsylvania; Rhode Island; Vermont; Virginia; and Washington. U.S. citizenship is required.
Salary: $90,000–$112,500 for Syracuse, New York Remote, Orlando, Florida, and Remote Florida locations; $108,000–$135,000 for Washington, DC Remote and Quincy, Massachusetts locations.

What you will do
- Develop program cost and schedule baselines, including detailed IMP and IMS structures, within contract requirements.
- Analyze historical and predictive program performance, Estimate at Complete, management reserve, risks, and opportunities.
- Integrate subcontractor, material, cost, manpower, and schedule data into program reporting.
- Apply schedule health checks, resource loading, critical path analysis, risk analysis, and network logic resolution.
- Prepare program review materials, reconcile data with contract modifications, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Guide and mentor program teams, support EVMS audits, and coordinate deliverables across multiple IPTs and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in a technical, business, military, or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
- Experience with MS Project, MS Office Suite, Deltek Cobra, EVMS, and proposal support systems.
- Experience developing and maintaining IMP/IMS structures for DoD programs with EVM requirements.
- Knowledge of critical path analysis, slack management, variance analysis, EVMS concepts, and corrective actions.
- Must be a U.S. citizen; selected applicants may undergo a government security investigation and must qualify for access to classified information.
