Technical Program Analyst (Payments Technology)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $104,600–$162,300 per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Support project managers and technical teams with small to moderately complex technology projects and defined workstreams.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, status updates, risk and issue logs, dependency lists, action items, and documentation.
• Track deliverables, timelines, risks, and blockers, escalating issues and following up on assigned actions.
• Review project data, reconcile information, identify trends or gaps, and support metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate planning meetings and stakeholder updates across technical, business, and operational teams.
• Use Microsoft Office and approved AI-enabled tools to organize information, draft status materials, summarize project information, and improve documentation efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and communicating project information, technical details, and business impacts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational knowledge of project management practices, including schedule tracking, risk and issue management, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to use approved AI tools responsibly while maintaining data quality, confidentiality, and human review.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or more than 2 years with an advanced degree.
• Academic focus in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, business, or a related field.
• Exposure to payment processing concepts such as message routing, authorization, clearing, settlement, and client connectivity.
• Entry-level project management training such as PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation.
