Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Remote within the USA; employees living in New York City or New Jersey must work from the Manhattan office 6 days per month

Salary: $120,000 estimated base salary annually, plus potential bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Demonstrate hirify.global AI capabilities to clients and prospects using legal workflows and use cases.
• Lead discovery sessions, document requirements, and translate them into detailed solution designs.
• Build, configure, and deploy custom AI agent workflows on hirify.global AI’s Salesforce-based framework.
• Advise clients on hirify.global AI capabilities, best practices, product direction, and adoption.
• Own technical delivery from architecture and configuration through go-live, working with Project Management on scope, timelines, and budget.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and clients to define success metrics, document solutions, and improve the AI roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with advanced Salesforce Flows and modern automation tooling.
• Experience owning technical workstreams from requirements through delivery with minimal oversight.
• Professional services, consulting, or client-facing implementation experience.
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated workflow solutions in client-facing environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, object relationships, and platform capabilities, with the ability to advise both executives and non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other legal operations platforms.
• Familiarity with law firm workflows, including intake, matter management, billing, and document generation.
• Salesforce certifications such as AI Specialist, Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant.
