Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Latin America (LATAM). The role is listed in Santo Domingo and involves working with international teams.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.
• Design account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, consumption, billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization workflows.
• Define scalable consumption experiences, permission structures, sharing models, and interconnected SaaS platform experiences.
• Frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and manage design risks.
• Use research, data, prototyping, systems thinking, and AI-assisted design tools to validate solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, business stakeholders, and clients; communicate and defend design decisions, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience.
• Experience designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms and interconnected workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and experience with account management, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, consumption, or comparable platform domains.
• Advanced prototyping skills, including functional, production-like prototypes created with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or similar tools.
• Advanced experience with Figma or equivalent design tools, plus close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Advanced English proficiency and the ability to work remotely from Latin America with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or AI-native experiences.
• A portfolio featuring functional coded prototypes or AI-assisted product explorations.
• Experience prototyping complex SaaS workflows with multiple states, roles, permissions, or system dependencies.
• Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other designers.
