Senior Project Scheduler

Location: Hybrid, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday, in Columbus, Ohio; Canonsburg, Pennsylvania; or Valparaiso, Indiana. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $96,600–$144,900 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated project baselines covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality.
• Lead predictive schedule forecasting, quantitative risk analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk-managed modeling.
• Review contract schedules, assess contractor performance, and identify corrective actions and schedule risks.
• Tailor scheduling methodologies, tools, processes, and lifecycle planning approaches to project needs.
• Produce standard and advanced schedule reports and communicate strategic insights to project stakeholders, leadership, and executives.
• Promote scheduling best practices and compliance with AACE, PMI, and relevant industry frameworks.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years of construction or engineering experience, including at least 2 years as a project scheduler.
• High-level proficiency with Primavera P6 and advanced spreadsheet tools.
• Experience managing schedules in large industrial capital project environments.
• Strong understanding of integrated scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management, including risk and quality tools and techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, decision-making, database, and schedule analysis skills; a valid driver's license is required upon hire.
