Senior Technical Recruiter (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Remote based in the United States, or hybrid in Ann Arbor, Michigan or Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas

Salary: $123,500–$148,200 USD annually, plus bonus and stock options

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening through negotiation, offer, and close.
• Partner with engineering hiring teams to define recruiting strategies and achieve annual hiring goals.
• Build and maintain pipelines of highly qualified technical candidates.
• Lead online and offline networking and outreach to strengthen the employer brand and reduce time to hire.
• Maintain productive partnerships with hiring managers and leaders while influencing hiring decisions and expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including at least 6 years in the engineering industry.
• Experience hiring software engineers is required.
• Strong direct sourcing experience for technical talent.
• Experience building partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, manage a diverse workload, and communicate proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse ATS is preferred.

• Autonomous vehicle industry experience.
• Global recruiting experience in Canada.
