Business Coach

Location: On-site at the Las Vegas, Nevada office, 4730 S. Fort Apache Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89147, Suite 301.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, including a performance-based monthly commission.

What you will do

• Advise established clients on entity formation, trusts, and strategic business planning.
• Manage high-value appointments and identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Build long-term client relationships that support repeat business and account growth.
• Balance customer service and consultative sales while guiding entrepreneurs toward suitable solutions.
• Use the CRM system to manage leads, track performance, and refine outreach strategies.
• Complete ongoing training to develop expertise across the full service suite.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Customer service experience and a genuine interest in helping business owners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Self-motivation, autonomy, and comfort working in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Technology proficiency and willingness to use CRM and other workflow tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, Nevada.
