Small Business Sales Representative (Remote)

Location: Remote within approved U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. Work while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted. Standard operating hours are 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. EST.

Compensation: Uncapped commission with expected annual on-target earnings of $60,000–$120,000; top performers may exceed this range.

What you will do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations through Google Meet.
• Explain the value of professional accounting and tax services using a consultative sales approach.
• Build client relationships and provide follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
• Use the CRM and other sales tools to manage pipeline activity and client information.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust by phone and video.
• Self-discipline, motivation, goal orientation, and effective time management.
• Comfort with new technology and collaborative work with coaching and mentorship.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Remote employees must work from an approved state and maintain a secure home office.

• Experience closing a high volume of high-ticket items.
