EMEA Global Demand Marketing Director (AI Marketing)

Location: Newcastle, Leeds, or London, UK; four days in office. Travel requirement: 15%.

What you will do

• Architect and execute the EMEA demand-generation strategy to drive predictable pipeline growth across enterprise software markets.
• Integrate AI workflows, predictive account scoring, and personalized content into campaign execution.
• Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing team of regional marketing leaders.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve lead-to-opportunity management and maximize ROI.
• Manage regional demand budgets, compliance, and full-funnel performance metrics using predictive analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive B2B demand-generation or revenue-marketing leadership in complex SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• 5+ years of experience hiring, coaching, and inspiring cross-functional or cross-regional marketing teams across EMEA.
• Proven experience applying AI technologies across campaign lifecycle management, personalization, and pipeline velocity.
• Strong command of modern marketing stacks, including Salesforce, 6Sense, and predictive analytics platforms.
• Experience with cross-cultural communication and senior stakeholder alignment in a global matrix organization.

Nice to have

• Experience localizing Account-Based Experience frameworks across European sub-regions.
• Advanced knowledge of regional data privacy frameworks such as GDPR.
