Application Support Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Westminster, Colorado, or Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States. Travel requirement: 1–2 weeks per year.

Salary: $85,900–$118,100 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SaaS application support team.
• Implement AI agents and Large Language Models to automate routine support tasks and optimize workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales to represent customer needs and drive product improvements.
• Oversee daily support queue operations, monitor key metrics, and manage complex customer escalations.
• Analyze support trends and case drivers to improve processes and establish service standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer application support within a SaaS product environment.
• 3+ years of experience in team leadership or management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain focus, lead empathetically, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Westminster, Colorado, or Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting workflows and concepts.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools or Large Language Models in customer support.
• Experience introducing new workflows and driving continuous improvement.
