AI Software Engineer (Manufacturing)

Salary: $94,100–$160,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and develop AI-enabled applications and services for manufacturing use cases.
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models.
• Create data pipelines, model-training workflows, and inference services.
• Integrate AI models with production applications, enterprise systems, and operational processes.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts and transition successful prototypes into production systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, DevOps, software releases, and model monitoring.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with no related experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related work experience.
• Experience with large language models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with SAP, Snowflake, or manufacturing platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS, or other cloud AI services.
• Knowledge of data engineering, analytics, and MLOps practices.
