Clinical Implementation Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Illinois, Kansas, or Missouri, United States; extensive domestic and local travel required

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annually plus benefits and eligibility for up to a 10% annual bonus

What you will do

• Coordinate on-site implementation activities, equipment needs, inventory distribution, installations, and device decommissioning.
• Collaborate with clinical leads, healthcare facilities, OEM partners, and corporate headquarters on education and installation plans.
• Educate hospital staff on medical products and devices and provide follow-up clinical support.
• Manage implementation deliverables and ensure they are completed on schedule.
• Develop expert knowledge of the company’s technology and products.
• Represent the organization professionally during frequent customer interactions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills.
• PC literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
• Overnight travel of 75% or more is required.
• Must meet applicable state or professional licensing requirements and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, and extended periods on-site.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of critical care or related clinical experience.
• Leadership experience and a record of coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse qualification.
