Salary: $115,000–$140,000 (US) or £80,000–£95,000 (UK)

What you will do

• Develop insights, scores, and features for cyber risk analytics products.
• Define the company's point of view on technology risk, including threat actor capabilities and security standards.
• Translate real-world cyber threats into assumptions and scenarios for risk models.
• Manage the scenario and event family library, including emerging AI-driven risks.
• Present methodology and threat landscape trends to clients and strategic stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in offensive or defensive cybersecurity.
• Working fluency in Python/R, SQL, and complex data types (JSON, XML).
• Ability to translate cyber threat behavior into modeling assumptions.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and consulting presence.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics and risk modeling.
• Familiarity with ML techniques and statistical data analysis.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM risk implications for cyber security.
• Familiarity with internet technologies like BGP, TCP/IP, and DNS.
