Technical Marketing Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Architect, build, automate, and maintain production-grade lab and demo environments covering platform features, user workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Create customer-facing technical content, including architecture blueprints, white papers, demo videos, solution briefs, competitive analyses, and integration guides.
• Develop and deliver technical training, lab exercises, and enablement sessions for Sales Engineers, Customer Success teams, and field partners.
• Partner with Product Management to test early-stage features, validate edge cases, assess real-world use cases, and inform the product roadmap.
• Support technical buyer meetings, architecture deep-dives, live demos, webinars, customer briefings, and industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Sales Engineer in cybersecurity.
• Experience building and maintaining multi-vendor enterprise labs, proof-of-concept frameworks, and cloud, network, or hybrid infrastructures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IT tooling, REST APIs, scripting languages such as Python and Bash, security workflows, and integration patterns.
• Strong experience writing customer-facing technical documentation, white papers, video walkthroughs, and architecture guides.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity competitive landscape, enterprise deployment topologies, customer pain points, and collaboration with Product Management.
