Threat Intelligence Lead (AI)

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (New York, Austin, San Francisco, or remote within the U.S.)

Compensation: $220,000 – $280,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and lead the entire security intelligence program from scratch, covering physical and logical infrastructure.
• Track nation-state and advanced criminal actors targeting AI infrastructure to develop actionable intelligence.
• Develop and maintain automated pipelines for collecting, enriching, and correlating security indicators.
• Drive intelligence-led hunts across enterprise, cloud, and OT telemetry to create high-fidelity detections.
• Perform hands-on analysis of malware and attacker tooling to extract TTPs and attribution signals.
• Manage external intelligence-sharing relationships with government partners and peer security teams.

Requirements

• Must have U.S. work authorization.
• Proven experience tracking specific nation-state or advanced criminal actors.
• Proficiency in writing production-quality Python for automation and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with malware, infrastructure, and log analysis.
• Experience authoring detection logic (YARA, Sigma, or SIEM-native queries) for production environments.
• Ability to distill complex threat campaigns into actionable decisions for engineers and executives.

• Active network in the threat intelligence community.
• Experience defending large-scale GPU or AI compute infrastructure.
• Experience applying LLMs or agentic tooling to security analysis.
• Public research, conference talks, or open-source contributions in CTI.
