Partner Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: New Jersey, Virginia, or New York; remote option available in the United States

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 base salary + equity for remote U.S. roles; $160,000–$175,000 base salary + equity for the San Francisco Bay Area

What you will do

• Create blogs, solution briefs, white papers, videos, presentations, and other content at scale using AI writing and design tools.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across the blog, website, external communications, and other channels.
• Run PR campaigns, manage external PR agencies and vendors, and maintain budget discipline.
• Research the global NTN and satellite connectivity market and turn analyst, competitor, and customer signals into actionable briefs.
• Build partner enablement training, self-service frameworks, localized assets, and execution plans for regions and customer segments.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns and events, using AI to personalize messaging, coordinate logistics, and analyze performance.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field, including at least 1 year integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
• Active daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Jasper, or equivalent, with measurable productivity results.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create polished collateral, presentations, and designs using AI-assisted tools.
• Experience managing external vendors and partners on fast-moving timelines, preferably in a B2B technology, telecom, or deep-tech startup.
• Ability to develop execution plans for global markets across multiple time zones and collaborate with engineering, sales, and executive teams.
• Strong attention to detail, outcome orientation, adaptability, and entrepreneurial initiative.
