Service Delivery Manager (Data Ingestion)

Location: Office-based 4 days per week at a hirify.global office in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, France, or Germany; remote work applies only to roles explicitly designated as remote.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Data Ingestion service packages from kickoff through completion and post-go-live handoff.
• Lead discovery of customer data sources, formats, owners, and quality constraints.
• Define scope, success criteria, project plans, timelines, and dependencies with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Track service hours, forecast budget usage, identify out-of-scope requests, and manage changes.
• Identify delivery risks such as missing data owners, poor data quality, and timeline slippage, then drive mitigation and escalation.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience delivering client services in B2B software or consulting.
• Experience directly owning client relationships and solving client problems.
• Strong organization skills with close attention to scope, timelines, and project artifacts.
• Ability to identify risks early, structure solutions, and communicate options and tradeoffs.
• Ability to learn quickly, work effectively in ambiguity, and operate in a high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work from an office 4 days per week, unless the role is specifically designated as remote.
