Operations Manager (Retail)

Location: Dunedin, Florida, United States; onsite at 2102 Main St

Annual salary: $65,000–$100,000 USD, plus potential annual or quarterly performance bonuses and applicable pay differentials.

What you will do

• Lead community outreach programs and maintain relationships with community organizations and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, asset protection controls, safety requirements, quality standards, and operational reviews.
• Hire, train, mentor, supervise, and evaluate hourly associates while promoting accountability, recognition, and belonging.
• Deliver customer service standards, resolve customer issues, and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Support store financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, controlling expenses, and correcting performance gaps.
• Coordinate business initiatives, measure progress, address improvement opportunities, and promote continuous learning.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Dunedin, Florida, United States.
• Two years of college; or one year of retail experience plus one year of supervisory experience; or two years of general work experience plus one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise and develop associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and evaluating performance.
• Ability to apply data analysis, financial reporting, safety controls, customer service standards, and company policies.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, promote inclusion, and maintain high standards of integrity and compliance.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
