Capacity Strategy & Operations

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end capacity planning process including intake, prioritization, fulfillment tracking, and post-mortem analysis
• Translate customer commitments and growth forecasts into GPU demand signals across regions and types
• Partner with Finance to model capacity scenarios and support CapEx decisions
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, SRE, and Infrastructure teams to resolve capacity conflicts
• Build operational cadence and reporting dashboards for real-time capacity health visibility
• Drive process improvements to reduce operational gaps and improve reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or finance
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional processes with competing priorities
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills for demand forecasting and scenario analysis
• Excellent communication skills for clear recommendations to senior leadership
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate under pressure in ambiguous environments

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML ecosystem
• Experience in high-growth startups or Series B+ environments
• Exposure to vendor or partner management in hardware, cloud, or infrastructure
