Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance

Location: Worthington, Minnesota, United States; onsite at a hirify.global Supercenter

Hourly wage: $33.00–$63.00 per hour, plus possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour and additional bonus compensation

What you will do

• Maintain and repair hirify.global facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple trade skills.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment repairs.
• Receive reactive repair work orders, document repair activities, and support store associates.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, and test facilities, equipment, and fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training for tools and equipment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical certification plus 3 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or a related area.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record must meet specified safety requirements, including no recent DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions and limited moving violations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, frequently use ladders, and work at heights.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and workplace software.

Nice to have

• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.
