Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance

Location: Hartford, Wisconsin, United States — onsite at 1220 Theil St, Hartford, WI 53027-1448

Salary: $33.00–$63.00 per hour, plus possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour and additional compensation disclosed during the interview process.

hirify.global operates retail stores and provides facility, equipment, and asset maintenance services to support store operations.

What you will do

• Maintain and repair hirify.global facilities, equipment, fixtures, and assets using multiple craft skills.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment repairs.
• Receive reactive repair work orders, document repair activities, and support stores and associates through the work order management system.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training and use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and work onsite in Hartford, Wisconsin.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical certification plus relevant trade experience, or equivalent experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or a related trade.
• Valid state-issued driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• For commercial driving: no recent DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions, serious traffic violations, or preventable accidents, and no more than two moving violations within the specified periods.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, frequently use ladders, and work at heights.

Nice to have

• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or similar office software.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
