What you will do
- Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions that support financial wellbeing and increase customer loyalty.
- Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, lobby engagement, and structured sales conversations.
- Build relationships through ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence.
- Educate customers on transaction-management options and use digital tools and resources to support them.
- Manage customer problems, branch operations, and operational risk in accordance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
- An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer service.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer-needs assessment skills.
- Must work in the Miami, Florida branch office.
