Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

Location: Bear, Delaware, United States; in-office role

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire new branch customers and deepen existing relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking products and financial solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized service and community partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing operational and compliance risks.
• Participate in daily branch operations and ensure accurate, efficient completion of processes.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Must work in the Bear, Delaware branch environment.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
