Senior Manager, Business & Systems Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the continental United States

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Oversee system builds, configuration, and testing for new markets and products.
• Monitor system performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting deliverables.
• Manage business specifications for authorization, claims, and encounter system infrastructure.
• Lead process improvements across implementations, claims, encounters, auto-adjudication, benefit testing, and system integrity.
• Oversee provider contract rate exhibit design, configuration, and testing.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations, systems administration, product or program management, or claims administration.
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare coding, benefit design, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Management experience, including hiring, training, work assignment, and staff performance management.
• Contracting and provider data management experience is preferred.
