Customer Service Representative II (M-F 7:30am-4:00pm)

Location: Corp-Main, Diamond Bar, California, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. The role may require travel to onsite customer meetings.

Salary: $24.59–$32.58 per hour

What you will do

• Provide first-level support for assigned customer accounts and serve as the lead contact for buyer- and broker-level communication.
• Troubleshoot order and delivery issues while coordinating with production planning, transportation, sales, and operations.
• Monitor finished-product inventory, in-stock levels, sourcing options, and supply-plan requirements.
• Analyze customer scorecards, forecasts, demand, order volatility, fees, and process metrics to identify root causes and solutions.
• Maintain compliant open-order reports, audit account reason codes, and support rush-order and supply-constrained allocation decisions.
• Contribute to new customer startups, product launches, customer updates, and presentations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the field or a similar manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in the position or a comparable role.
• High school diploma required; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Diamond Bar, California, during the stated Monday–Friday schedule and travel to customer meetings when requested.
• No foreign language is required.
