Customer Service Representative

Location: On-site in Kenosha, Wisconsin, at 12355 hirify.global Way

Salary: $27–$32 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential and additional earning potential.

What you will do

• Process customer orders and handle account inquiries using customer service technology.
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers navigate the website and online ordering.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous customer service experience.
