Customer Service Representative - Overnights

Location: On-site at the Kenosha Branch, 12355 hirify.global Way, Kenosha, WI 53144. Full-time overnight schedules are available four or five days per week, including weekends.

Pay: $29–$34 per hour, including a $4 shift differential.

What you will do

• Process customer orders and handle account inquiries using customer service technology.
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions.
• Make product recommendations and identify effective customer solutions.
• Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers navigate the website and online ordering.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a full-time overnight schedule, including weekends, on-site.
• Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
