Data Science and Advanced Analytics Internship (GenAI)

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota campus, United States. Hybrid work with office attendance three days per week for associates within a 90-minute commute.

What you will do

• Analyze structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to develop actionable models and insights.
• Communicate analytical findings to business stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
• Translate business challenges into data science and analytics products and solutions.
• Design measurement and testing strategies.
• Develop data collection strategies in line with governance and regulatory guidelines.
• Apply GenAI tools to comment and text analysis, data extraction, and summarization.

Requirements

• Experience with R, Python, or related technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, technical proficiency, and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and solve problems with curiosity.
• Strong moral and ethical judgment for developing fair and unbiased solutions.
• Undergraduate students graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or another relevant technical field.
