Manufacturing Operator (FFD Floater)

Location: Hollis, New Hampshire, United States; 1st shift, on-site manufacturing role. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident in accordance with ITAR policy.

What you will do

• Perform visual inspection of thin film circuits, substrates, and individual devices according to inspection plans and specifications.
• Prepare packaging supplies, label products, and package products to specification.
• Conduct in-process tests to verify critical product specifications.
• Complete accurate transactions in the ERP system and other databases.
• Document and report inspection findings and results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, MIL standards, and/or IPC specifications.
• Two or more years of visual microscope inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to use and read micrometers, calipers, height gauges, multimeters, and other basic inspection and metrology tools.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings; previous cleanroom experience required.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident under ITAR policy.
