Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Ontario, California, United States; travel to the Mexicali, Mexico facility, customers, and suppliers is required or may be required. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annual

What you will do

• Manage receiving inspectors, final inspectors, and quality engineers.
• Maintain and develop ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems and certifications.
• Coordinate external audits and lead internal system audits across the Ontario and Mexicali facilities.
• Manage customer complaints, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, supplier nonconformities, and audit findings.
• Support APQP, prepare PPAP packages, and qualify products, equipment, and processes before production changes or launches.
• Lead QEHS risk assessments, incident investigations, employee awareness training, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including team management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
• Understanding of electromechanical concepts, statistical quality methods, SPC, NQA, DOE, PDCA, 8D, FMEA, and project management.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements.
